You can pay by credit or debit card, wire transfer or secured link.

What is the best way to get there?
Car Transfer

Metro: Yellow Line (Linha Amarela) to Rato station;

Does the hotel have car parking?
No, but we can arrange on request a secure 24h covered car park just 20 meters (1 min walk) outside the Hotel’s main entrance. If you require a car park, please let us know in advance due to the limited places available.

What time is breakfast?
From 8.00 am to 12.00pm.

Can I cancel or change my booking?
Any cancellations must be made by 12:00am local time, 3 days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid 100% penalty charge of total stay with the exception of our Suites where cancelations must be made 7 days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid 100% penalty charge of total stay. In case of no-show you will be charged the full amount of your stay. When force majeure, including public health, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any cost being charged. 

Do you require a guarantee or have a payment policy?
All reservations require a guarantee or deposit at time of booking. Methods include major valid credit cards, secure payment link or a pre-authorization form. The Hotel deserves the right to pre-authorise the provided credit card up to the full amount of the reservation. Non-refundable rates will be charged in full at the time of booking. 24 hours prior to arrival the total amount of the stay may be charged. The credit card provided at the time of booking will be requested at check-in. Please note that the credit card name must match the person checking-in. Guests using a 3rd party credit card must contact the property in advance to provide a pre-authorization form.

Do you have a group policy?
There is a maximum of 3 rooms per reservation. For reservations requiring 4 rooms or more please send us an e-mail at reservations@hoteldasamoreiras.com as special conditions apply.

What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is possible after 3.30pm. Check-out must be completed by midday.

What is the maximum capacity of guests per room?
Maximum of 2 adults per room or 1 adult and 1 child. The Hotel does not dispose extra beds or baby cots. For security and regulatory reasons, the Hotel cannot accept 3 guests in a room in any circunstances even if one of the guests is a child or a baby.

Do you provide cribs and extra beds?
There are no cribs or extra beds at this property. Please refer to maximum capacity and occupancy per room.

Does the hotel accept pets?
Pets are not allowed in the hotel’s facilities.

Is smoking allowed in the Hotel?
No. Smoking is not allowed inside the Hotel, including electronic cigarettes.

Do all of the rooms have Wi-Fi?
Yes, every room has complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

Is the bar opened for outside clients? 
Yes, but depending on occupancy we recommend booking in advance to ensure a table.
